Amaco PC-57 Smokey Merlot
A warm, dark wine and plum hue with soft, smoky lilac breaks. It looks good on texture and in layered combinations.
Potter's Choice is a series of stoneware glazes designed for complex colour transitions, emphasizing texture, and combining several glazes in layers.
Application: on bisque; mix thoroughly before use and apply in even coats
The appearance of the surface depends on the ceramic body, application thickness, application method, and firing schedule. Before glazing a larger batch, perform a test on the clay body you are using.
Firing temperature: 1200 – 1240 °C
