1. Information about the responsible entity

The services available at www.alike.live, including the online store, pottery workshop booking system and Marketplace service, are operated by:

2. Nature and purpose of the website

The website www.alike.live includes:

  1. Online store – the sale of ceramic products, accessories and services, including workshops and courses.

  2. Workshop booking system – enabling the purchase of services to be provided on a specified date.

  3. AliKe Marketplace – an intermediary platform where Creators, both external and studio members, can list their ceramic work.

For products sold in the store, the seller is AliKe sp. z o.o.
For products offered on the Marketplace, the seller is the Creator – AliKe acts as a digital intermediary.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

All content available at www.alike.live, including:

  • photographs,

  • product descriptions,

  • informational materials,

  • website layout and design,

  • logos,

  • course and educational content,

  • documents made available to users,

are protected by copyright and are the property of AliKe sp. z o.o. or the relevant Creators.

Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the content in whole or in part without the permission of the rights holder is prohibited.

4. Liability for content and products

4.1. Online store

AliKe sp. z o.o. is responsible for the products and services it sells in accordance with:

  • the Polish Civil Code,

  • the Polish Consumer Rights Act,

  • the provisions governing statutory liability and warranties.

4.2. AliKe Marketplace

Products listed by Creators are the responsibility of the Creators alone as independent sellers.
AliKe acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for:

  • the quality or safety of Creators' products,

  • the accuracy of product descriptions,

  • timely dispatch,

  • the complaint process.

AliKe's obligations arise from its role as a provider of online intermediary services under the Digital Services Act (EU 2022/2065).

5. Information obligations under the Digital Services Act (DSA)

As an online platform provider, AliKe provides:

  • a contact point: studio@alike.live,

  • a mechanism for reporting illegal content,

  • verification of Creators' identification details (“traceability”),

  • information about content moderation,

  • algorithmic transparency, where product recommendations are automated,

  • an appeal procedure where content is removed or account functionality is restricted.

6. Personal data protection

The data controller is AliKe sp. z o.o.

Data is processed in accordance with:

  • the GDPR (EU 2016/679),

  • the Polish Personal Data Protection Act,

  • the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.

Each user has the right to:

  • access their data,

  • rectification,

  • erasure,

  • restriction of processing,

  • object,

  • data portability,

  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Technical requirements for using the platform

To use the website, you need:

  • a device with internet access,

  • an up-to-date web browser,

  • JavaScript and cookies enabled.

AliKe is not responsible for:

  • technical interruptions caused by maintenance or upgrades,

  • interruptions resulting from failures of operators or internet service providers,

  • damage resulting from malfunction of the user's device.

8. External links

The website may contain links to other websites.
AliKe is not responsible for the content of those websites or for the privacy policies of their operators.

9. User content provisions

All content submitted by users, including comments, photos and messages, must comply with the law, including:

  • copyright law,

  • unfair competition law,

  • provisions protecting personal rights,

  • the DSA.

AliKe may remove content that violates the law or these terms and may block accounts that breach the rules.

10. Legal liability

AliKe is not responsible for:

  • users' actions,

  • use of products contrary to their intended purpose,

  • damage resulting from force majeure,

  • content published by Creators.

AliKe's liability is limited to the amount of actual damage suffered unless applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Reservations and updates

AliKe reserves the right to update this Legal Notice in the event of:

  • changes in applicable law,

  • changes in how the platform operates,

  • changes in the company's organizational structure.
