Amaco C-47 Jade
A cool, transparent jade-emerald green, particularly effective on carved surfaces.
AMACO Celadon glazes pool in recesses and highlight raised areas, incisions, and surface textures. Colors from this series can be used alone, mixed together, or layered with Potter's Choice glazes.
Application: on bisque; mix thoroughly before use and apply in even coats
The final result depends on the clay body color, glaze thickness, and firing schedule. For repeatable results, we recommend making a test piece on the ceramic body you are using.
Firing temperature: 1200 – 1240 °C
